Providing Modest Meals to HCPs is an accepted practice when conducting legitimate Arthrex Business and when following all State and federal laws. Spouses, family members and staff members who do not have a legitimate business interest are prohibited from participating in meals.

As of Monday the 21st all of the required fields for agency employee biographies must be filled out in AXIS. If you do not complete your bio fields before the requirement goes live on Monday, you will be prompted to fill in this information before you can proceed after logging in to AXIS. The required fields are listed below.
Please see attached district, area, and territory product category quotas as well as TNRP and Leg 2 quotas for district, area, and territory as well. Please look hard at your territory TNRP and Leg 2 quotas and look at the deficiencies you may have. Thank you

1. District and territory quota workbook
First off, congratulations to everyone for a fantastic April! Both districts have experienced some setbacks, but all teams are continuing to persevere and remain positive as we turn our direct focus on district quota attainment as that is how we are measured by Arthrex. I'm exceptionally proud of our attitude and grit that everyone has shown this past month, and I am confident we will reach our goal of Tier 3 bonus.
