A few things:
1. You will find attached FY26 Category Sales Numbers for each district, area, and territory. These have been adjusted for the Baptist warehouse allocation.Please review with your teams accordingly
2. Attached is also a copy of the FY26 Product Specific Quota Workbook. As you know, performance in these are vitally important. Areas of significant concern through October include the following:
North district: CT (40% PTQ), Jumpstart/A'plasty Ancillaries (32% PTQ), Alex (89% PTQ), Trauma Frag (89% PTQ)
South district: CT (67% PTQ), RCR (84% PTQ), H/W (80% PTQ), Meniscus (87% PTQ), Aflex (85% PTQ), Jumpstart/A'plasty Ancillaries (7% PTQ), Power (0% PTQ)
3. We have been given TNRP quotas as well, these will get loaded into Axis this week. We know that some of these quotas do not pertain to bonus attainment (some TNRPs are on the Product Specific list), however, historical growth has been directly tied to the performance of these TNRP products. That said, it is worth the time for AMs and TMs to take a look at these and evaluate the team's performance in TNRP as we know these categories help impact overall growth.
