As you know, the Innovation hotel offers several dining options, including Ovation private dining rooms and bars, and the Think Tank restaurant and bar. When hosting one or more HCPs for a business meal in Naples, agencies are strongly encouraged to take advantage of the dining options at the Innovation hotel whenever possible as your first choice. Effective July 1, 2025, if an HCP business meal must take place off campus, such as when the Innovation hotel is sold out or Innovation dining options are fully booked, the venue must be selected from the approved dining options list managed by Arthrex’s Meetings & Events team in accordance with the Agency Code of Conduct.
To support you with this change, we have prepared a list of “Approved Naples Venues for Off-Campus HCP Meals.” This list contains a wide range of appropriately priced options including some with prix fixe menus. The list will be periodically updated and is subject to change, so please bookmark the link above and check back often to reference the most up-to-date version. For ease of reference, this link can also be found on the Rep Site under Corporate Resources. Remember, this rule and the corresponding list of venues are applicable only to meals with one or more HCP in attendance—meals that do not include an HCP are not subject to this restriction. As always, regardless of whether the HCP business meal takes place on or off campus, the following requirements must be met:
- The meal must be related to a legitimate business purpose.
- No meal is also provided at either Ovation or another Arthrex-sponsored event.
- The meal does not include more than two alcoholic drinks per person.
- The meal stays within the agency’s established HCP meal limits.
