Good afternoon everyone-
Please see attached FY26 Product Specific Quotas. These quotas are vital to our success this year as these are 'must hit' quotas at the district level for tiered bonus attainment. I have also attached the FY26 Agency Bonus Program for reference. Tier 1 Product Specific quotas are prerequisites for Tier 1 Bonus, Tier 1 and Tier 2 Product Specific quotas are required for Tier 2 Bonus, etc. For clarity, we will review these at our area/district wide meetings this month.
 
The dates of these are the following (please mark your calendars):
PB - 4pm Monday, Oct 13 at Gardens office
Broward - 5pm Wed, Oct 15 at Cypress
Miami - 5pm Wed, Oct 22 at Miami office
 
Also of importance that although some of these Product Specific Quotas appear on the TNRP list, TNRP has no attachment to bonus attainment this year. Therefore, we will not be receiving TNRP quotas in FY26. These are still important to the overall category quotas obviously as these categories comprise of approximately 90% of our annual growth historically, so performance in these are of course vital to our success this year. That said, we will only be tracking those internally for upgrade opportunity purposes.
 
This is also important as it relates to this year's 'Bio Blitz', as this was released at our kickoff meeting. At that time, we were obviously under the assumption that TNRP performance would directly be tied to year-end bonus attainment. That is not the case this year, so starting this month, the 'Bio Blitz' TNRP portion of that promotion will now be based on Product Specific bio quotas for each territory. This includes autologous cellular, Aflex, and Jumpstart categories. These are 'must hits' for each territory to qualify for that portion of the 'Bio Blitz' monthly campaign.
 
When reviewing the bonus program, keep in mind that our mindset is TIER 4 qualification for both districts this fiscal year. As this tier is now based on 105% total sales as opposed to TLV sales, this goal is an achievable one for both districts and one which we should set our sights on. We will review in more detail at our upcoming meetings.
