Greetings and Happy End of FY25!
Please review the below Field Logistics Services (FLS) and Arthrex Trauma (ATI) team reminders as we approach the end of our fiscal year on Monday, June 30th, 2025.
- Agency Orders:
- Please submit large restocking orders by Monday, June 23rd, to ensure your order is shipped by fiscal year-end.
- Orders received after June 30, at 2 pm EST cutoff time, will not be shipped until July 1, 2025.
- LTL freight orders must be submitted for same-day shipment by 12 pm EST on Monday, June 30, 2025.
- ATI: All ATI (Trauma product line) orders must be submitted by 4:00 pm EST on Monday, June 30, 2025.
- Please submit large restocking orders by Monday, June 23rd, to ensure your order is shipped by fiscal year-end.
- Inventory adjustment and special billings:
- Please submit all inventory adjustments, special billings, add requests, lot swaps, and transfer requests as soon as possible to meet the fiscal year-end deadline.
- Returns:
- Consignment return requests must be submitted on or before Friday, June 6th, and received by June 13th to be processed before fiscal year-end.
- On Friday, June 6, 2025, at 8 p.m. EST, you will not be able to create new Consigned, Tissue or Transition inventory returns until after July 1. Please note: All Alerts/Recalls, Obsolete, Special Projects, Damaged, Expired Consigned, and Expired Tissue returns are considered top priority and will be accepted as normal through Redspot.
